The CQ1200 semi-automatic PET strap winder produces finished packages with a maximum outer diameter of 1250 mm and a maximum adjustable traverse length of 300 mm, meeting heavy-duty packaging and long-length requirements. The traverse length is infinitely adjustable from 50-300 mm via the touchscreen, with no mechanical part replacement needed. The machine handles PET straps of 9-32 mm width, winding speed 50-250 m/min, and dancer constant tension with dual servo motors ensures uniform density from core to outer layer. An optional dual-mandrel configuration enables fast manual bobbin change. Central recipe management stores multiple processes for quick spec switching.
